XM Directory Integration

We're expanding our XM Directory integration to bring enhanced identity resolution capabilities to mobile app intercepts. This upcoming feature will allow you to connect app users with their XM Directory contact profiles using email addresses, phone numbers, or the current external reference ID method.

With this enhancement, identity resolution will work dynamically at any point during the SDK lifecycle, not just at initialization-allowing you to identify users whenever they log in inside the app experience. This integration will enable you to deliver more personalized, contextually relevant intercept experiences using all information about a customer's journey.

Once integrated with XM Directory, you'll be able to leverage powerful personalization and targeting capabilities:

  • Segment targeting: Display intercepts to specific groups based on XM Directory contact attributes and segment membership.
  • Enriched response data: Automatically include XM Directory contact attributes with intercept responses for deeper analysis.
  • Unified customer profiles: View app intercept interactions and responses directly on contact timelines in XM Directory.
