Localization
The Experience SDK supports localization, allowing you to present intercepts to your users in their preferred language.
Automatic Language Detection
By default, the SDK automatically detects the device's current language setting and will display the intercept in that language if translations are available and configured in the intercept.
Manual Language Override - setLanguage
If you need to override the device's default language or provide a custom language selection within your app, you can manually set the language by calling the setLanguage method with an appropriate language code (e.g., EN, FR, ES, PT-BR)
Code Examples
- iOS
- Android
- React Native
Qualtrics.setLanguage(languageCode: "FR")
Qualtrics.setLanguage("FR")
import { setLanguage } from '@qualtrics-experience/core';
setLanguage("FR");
Once this property is set, the SDK will use this language when fetching and displaying intercepts, provided the translations are set up in your Qualtrics project.
