The status of a ticket. Minimum is 0, which stands for the default Open status. 1 stands for the default In Progress status, and 2 for the default Closed status. Customized statuses can be any number above 2.

Possible values: >= 0

priorityinteger<int32>required

The priority of a ticket. 0 is Low, 1 is Medium and 2 is High.

Possible values: >= 0 and <= 2
