Default error response

We return HTTP response codes for success and failure notifications. Errors are grouped by error_type. Standard HTTP response code use 200 HTTP codes for success, 40X codes for developer- or user-related failures, and 50X codes are for Qualtrics-related issues. The Error fields will be empty or 'null' if there are no errors.
