The purpose of this overview is to help you decide if the Qualtrics XM Extension SDK can help solve your use cases.
The what, why, who, and when are covered at a high-level with links to additional content and resources.
What is the XM Extension SDK?
The Qualtrics XM Extension SDK is a powerful way to integrate with and extend the Qualtrics XM product. By creating and publishing XM Extensions, you can empower Qualtrics users to better collect, analyze, and take action on experience data.
The XM Extension SDK is comprised of code libraries, command-line interfaces (CLIs), a developer portal, this documentation, and a hosted registry and runtime for XM Extensions.
Use the XM Extension SDK to build Extensions to trigger workflows across systems, perform proprietary data calculations, augment dashboards with custom visualizations, distribute customized questions, and much more.
Why use the XM Extension SDK?
Get these benefits by developing with the XM Extension SDK:

When should you use the XM Extension SDK?
