Determine the user ID and other user information associated with an Qualtrics API token or a Qualtrics OAuth access token.

Call must be against correct DataCenter Id

To check the identity of the caller for an OAuth Token, the call must be made against the datacenter where the token was generated. This will be the same data center as the brand which created the client_id and client_secret for the OAuthClient.
