Get User API Token
GET/users/:userId/apitoken
Retrieves the API token for a user in an organization. You must be an organization admin in the specified user's organization in order to retrieve their API token.
Administrator Request
To use this call you must be a Qualtrics brand administrator.
User Doesn't have token
If the user doesn't have a token the request will return a 400 error, as shown below in Results.
