Prerequisites

Qualtrics Account and Website Feedback Setup​

To use the Web Feedback JavaScript APIs, you need:

  • A Qualtrics account with access to Website Feedback (Site Intercept)
  • A Site Intercept zone with at least one intercept and creative configured
  • The Website Feedback deployment snippet added to your web pages

Deployment Snippet​

The APIs are built into the Website Feedback deployment code. When you add the Qualtrics snippet to your site, QSI.API and related objects become available after the script loads. No separate install or package is required.

What You'll Need​

Before integrating the APIs, ensure you have:

  • Your Brand ID, Zone ID, and Intercept ID (if using a specific intercept) from the Qualtrics portal
  • The deployment snippet configured for your zone or intercept
