Delete Contact In Mailing List

DELETE 
/directories/:directoryId/mailinglists/:mailingListId/contacts/:contactId

Delete a single contact from a mailing list.

This API call is only available to XM Directory users.
The contact only gets removed from the mailing list, they will remain in the directory.
